About GoTo and the Role
Join GoTo's Sales team, which connects businesses and individuals with technological solutions designed to simplify everyday activities and enhance efficiency. The team embraces innovation and practical AI to discover new opportunities, personalize outreach, and deliver successful outcomes for both customers and partners. In this role, you will use creative problem-solving combined with data-driven insights to prospect effectively and tailor our solutions to diverse client needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Generate and identify new sales opportunities from both inbound and outbound leads.
- Meet monthly targets by contributing to closed sales opportunities.
- Design and execute strategies focused on outbound lead generation.
- Achieve specified KPIs related to activity levels, lead creation, conversion rates, sales closure, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement marketing campaigns aimed at increasing new user acquisition and conversion rates; engage prospects and customers through phone and online chat to qualify leads and boost conversions.
- Gather, evaluate, and report on data regarding performance, campaign effectiveness, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to refine strategies, exchange ideas, and enhance execution to drive collective success.
- Provide exceptional experiences for prospects and customers while gaining valuable exposure to foster personal career advancement.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrate curiosity, motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
- Possess a quick grasp of technological and business value propositions and the ability to effectively communicate them.
- Be willing and able to work in a hybrid setting, attending the Dublin office three days each week.
