Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a Google Paid Advertisement initiative known as the Goldie Process. This role operates in locations such as Lucknow, Jaipur, Kanpur, Delhi-NCR, and Varanasi. The main objective is to assist small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and merchants in boosting their visibility on Google Maps through paid advertising campaigns starting at a budget of ₹5,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with designated leads and onboard them onto the Google Ads platform.
- Inform clients about the advantages of Google advertising and enhancing their online visibility digitally.
- Manage the complete client onboarding process including necessary documentation, account configuration, and activating advertisements.
- Maintain durable relationships with merchants to promote customer retention and satisfaction.
- Meet monthly targets related to onboarding new clients and generating revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth setup of advertising campaigns and resolve any issues promptly.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in corporate sales or B2B business development focused roles.
- Strong track record in selling premium or high-value products or services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable conducting field sales activities and client interactions.
- Proficient with technology and capable of clearly explaining digital marketing concepts.
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience with Google Ads, Wildcraft, Just Dial, Meta (Facebook), Stem Cell Banking, or other B2B service sectors is advantageous.
