Job Overview
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager based in Surat, Gujarat, India. This role involves leading sales initiatives and managing a team to effectively promote company products in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a team of sales advisors.
- Provide training and motivation to the team members.
- Guide the team in selling company products effectively.
- Drive sales through advisor networks to accomplish company targets.
- Manage and oversee the growth and performance of the sales team.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification: Any graduate with strong communication skills.
- Minimum two years of experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Age range between 23 and 34 years.
- Note: Freshers are not eligible to apply.
Compensation Details
The monthly remuneration ranges between 25000 and 38000 INR.
