About the Role

Savino Del Bene, a key player in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Storage fields, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team at Changi, East Region, Singapore. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities by targeting freight forwarding clients.
  • Maintain strong, lasting partnerships with current and prospective key accounts to boost revenue and client retention.
  • Market and advocate the comprehensive range of logistics solutions offered by Savino Del Bene to achieve yearly sales objectives.
  • Promote and sell integrated freight forwarding and logistics services such as ocean and air import/export, FCL/LCL consolidation, warehousing, distribution, LTL transportation, customs brokerage, cargo insurance, and ancillary value-added services.
  • Generate leads and qualify prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
  • Organize and conduct meetings to understand client logistics challenges and convert leads into contracts.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, tenders, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, and vendor partners.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements
