Role Overview
The Business Development Manager at Green India Constructions and Layout plays a crucial role in identifying and pursuing viable opportunities within the real estate sector. This position involves extensive market analysis, coordination with key project stakeholders, and oversight of the entire property development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess potential real estate development projects to ensure strategic fit.
- Carry out in-depth market research to evaluate the profitability and feasibility of new projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, builders, and contractors to create detailed project plans, designs, and schedules.
- Supervise all stages of property development from concept through to project completion.
- Lead negotiations with landowners, local government bodies, and service partners to finalize contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards throughout development.
- Develop and oversee budgets, preparing financial documentation and progress reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders by providing consistent updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Monitor trends within the property market to uncover new growth and development opportunities.
- Guide and manage teams responsible for planning and executing real estate projects.
