Job description
About the Role and Company
This position is with a major global luxury hotel brand, offering a competitive salary up to NZ$105,000 with an additional 10% bonus. The role is remote-based with opportunities for in-person meetings and travel within New Zealand to engage with line managers, team members, partners, and participate in industry events.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with group and wholesale partners as well as frontline travel agents.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding market presence within existing accounts.
- Generate leads by actively prospecting, engaging with the market, making sales calls, and attending relevant industry events.
- Analyze account activity and performance metrics to pinpoint areas for growth and improvement.
- Monitor account and marketplace performance through Salesforce and internal reporting tools to track sales pipelines, market trends, and outcomes.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all sales activities, interactions, and updates within Salesforce in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Prior experience working with wholesale and travel agency sectors is essential.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting.
