Role Overview
Join Bada Finance as a Business Development Manager (BDM) and become a trusted expert in financial solutions. Engage with pre-qualified customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend optimal top-up loan products while nurturing long-lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with pre-qualified leads via phone to generate promising top-up loan opportunities.
- Engage meaningfully with 60–70 customers daily, emphasizing call quality over volume.
- Evaluate customer eligibility by analyzing CIBIL credit scores and financial documentation.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on top-up loan benefits, addressing inquiries and clarifying terms and advantages.
- Maintain customer rapport with follow-ups over WhatsApp to foster trust and improve conversion rates.
- Assist customers in gathering and submitting required documents accurately and completely.
- Utilize an advanced CRM system featuring click-to-call functionality to log updates and collaborate efficiently with processing teams.
