Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth by connecting with potential clients and understanding their digital marketing needs. This role entails managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly reach out to assigned leads using calls, email, or messaging platforms.
- Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, goals, and digital marketing requirements.
- Present and explain various company offerings, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and website development.
- Evaluate leads based on budget, authority to decide, timeline, and project needs.
- Coordinate meetings or discovery calls with senior consultants when necessary.
- Draft and deliver proposals or quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms strictly adhering to company policies.
- Maintain consistent follow-up until prospects reach a decision.
- Close sales and facilitate a seamless transition to account management or project teams.
- Achieve set monthly or quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
- Build ongoing relationships with clients to promote contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
