About the Role
We seek an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive dedicated to broadening our network of patients. This position involves actively scouting potential referral sources such as general practitioners, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and community groups within your designated area. Your efforts will focus on channeling patients needing specialized medical treatment to our partnered Tier 1 hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential referral sources throughout your territory, including doctors, clinics, nursing facilities, labs, and community contacts.
- Develop and nurture strong, trustful partnerships with healthcare professionals to assure a steady stream of patient referrals.
- Assist patients referred through these networks in connecting to the appropriate empaneled Tier 1 hospitals according to their medical requirements, facilitating their initial coordination and onboarding process.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly goals related to patient conversions and referrals.
- Collect and analyze pertinent information about local healthcare demands, competitor actions, and new referral prospects to optimize outreach approaches.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 25000 to 45000 Indian Rupees.
