Job Overview
This role involves proactively contacting assigned numbers to discuss products and services, following a precise script to convey key benefits and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to designated contacts using provided phone numbers.
- Strictly adhere to the provided script to highlight the purpose of the call and product/service advantages.
- If connected to the relevant decision-maker, clearly present product/service details to them.
- Encourage interested customers through the registration or sales process during the call.
- Send follow-up emails to confirmed addresses when requested by customers.
- Continuously engage customers to ensure completion of registration, sign-up, or purchase.
- Document customer responses and planned follow-up dates meticulously in a prescribed template, sharing updates regularly with the client.
- For customers who ring but do not respond, make up to three callback attempts.
Salary and Location
The remuneration ranges between 16000 and 25000 INR per month. The position is located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
