Role overview

This position focuses on driving new charging site development for Tesla’s Northeast and Midwest markets. You will independently oversee the full lifecycle of site identification and development, from locating the right properties to handing projects over to design and installation teams for construction and final close-out. The role is centered on creating a smooth and convenient charging experience for current and future Tesla drivers.

The scope of this job may shift as network priorities change, so the person in this role should be comfortable adapting to evolving program and project needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential new locations aligned with market needs for present and future EV customers.

Compensation and benefits

This is a salaried full-time role with competitive pay. The expected annual compensation ranges are $108,000 to $162,000 for Technical Construction Project Manager and $140,000 to $210,000 for Sr Technical Construction Project Manager, plus cash and stock awards and benefits at all levels.

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits starting on day 1 of hire.
