Role overview

The Business Development Associate will focus on building new revenue opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting sales growth for the organization in the Delhi-NCR region.

Key responsibilities

Source fresh sales opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential leads.
Present the company’s products and services to prospects in a clear and persuasive way.
Maintain positive, productive relationships with current customers.
Use online research, especially social platforms, to discover new leads and emerging market opportunities.
Study target organizations, understand their needs, and identify the decision-makers involved in purchasing.
Reach out to prospects by email or phone to build rapport and arrange meetings.
Support new marketing initiatives and help plan business growth activities.
Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events when needed.
Follow up with clients about updates or new developments in the company’s offerings.
Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
Handle negotiation and re-negotiation through phone, email, or in-person discussions.
Help set sales targets for the team and work toward achieving them.
Train team members and support their professional development.
