Role Overview

Ndeipi Foundation is searching for a proficient and driven Business Administrator to join their vibrant team in Toronto. This pivotal role will support the smooth management and success of innovative projects such as the Ndeipi App and NDEIPI COIN.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Manage financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at improving business growth and performance.
Work collaboratively with multiple teams to aid in project development and delivery.
Maintain precise records and generate comprehensive reports for leadership review.
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or closely related discipline.
Minimum of four years’ experience in business administration or equivalent functions.
Exceptional organizational abilities and adeptness at managing time effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with common business software and technologies.
Capable of operating independently and collaboratively within a team.
