About the Role
Join the dynamic Burger King team at Haven located in Norfolk, England, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant seaside environment. As a Team Member, you'll be involved in preparing and serving flame-grilled burgers while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. This position offers full-time, part-time, or seasonal opportunities, with pay rates up to £12.71 per hour depending on age.
Primary Duties
- Warmly welcome guests, manage order taking, and provide assistance with menu inquiries.
- Prepare burgers and other menu items following official Burger King brand guidelines.
- Efficiently cook, wrap, and serve food items to ensure speed and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within kitchen and front-of-house areas in compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service time targets and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to operate hot kitchen equipment safely.
- Previous fast food, hospitality, or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
- Possess a friendly demeanor, teamwork spirit, and strong motivation to deliver outstanding service.
- Capable of performing well in a busy kitchen environment with a focus on hygiene and food quality.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
