These roles focus on project-based, hands-on delivery of complex building construction projects, predominantly site-centered.

Key Responsibilities

• Support building construction projects from initial stages through to completion.
• Oversee subcontractor work and coordinate on-site activities.
• Assist in program management, quality assurance, and cost control processes.
• Manage requests for information (RFIs), contract variations, progress claims, and reporting.
• Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and other delivery team members.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience specifically in building construction projects is mandatory.
• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in roles such as Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Senior Project Engineer.
• Ability to confidently operate on active construction sites within fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Sydney for sustained project opportunities.
• Note: Candidates whose experience is solely in civil infrastructure like roads, rail, or utilities will not be considered unless they have confirmed building construction experience.
