Role Summary
In the role of Brand & Experiences Manager, you will be the driving force behind the comprehensive brand engagement strategy at Withshepherd.com. Your responsibilities will cover the full spectrum from orchestrating memorable events and managing social media to enhancing executive presence, with the aim to craft exclusive, high-impact broker experiences that rival conventional industry gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead event strategies for both industry conferences and proprietary events, elevating field marketing into high-caliber, memorable experiences for key partners.
- Shape and manage executive social narratives and implement a cohesive content strategy that highlights the unique brand perspective through digital channels.
- Supervise a diverse creative team including agencies and contractors to produce superior multimedia content and collateral that surpasses typical competitor standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand, experiential, or field marketing, particularly within fast-growing B2B, fintech, or luxury hospitality sectors where attention to detail and ambiance are essential.
- Demonstrated excellent creative judgment, with experience managing budgets in the six-figure range and handling complex event logistics from conceptualization to execution.
- Proficiency with AI-integrated tools like Figma and ability to maintain composure under pressure in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
Additional Information
This position is based in New York and San Francisco, USA, and reports to the Head of Marketing. The compensation package includes a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 annually with additional equity options.
