Role Overview

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will develop phygital brand experiences, managing projects from conceptual ideation through visual development to creative execution support. You will independently generate conceptual ideas and take ownership of the quality and impact of your designs throughout pitching, design, and realization phases. Additionally, you will lead interdisciplinary teams and oversee projects from briefing to production.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in spatial design, exhibition design, scenography, or brand activation
• Deep understanding of physical-digital experience architecture
• Strong sense of dramaturgy, storytelling, and emotional impact
• Interest in and comprehension of impactful use of innovative technologies and materials such as MediaTech, MR/AI glasses and gadgets, sensors, ShyTech, spatial sound, and generative AI
• Enjoyment in creating novel solutions via ideation and prototyping
• Persuasive skills in visualizing conceptual ideas
• Optional: 3D and motion design expertise enhances your profile
• Regular use of AI tools in daily work
