Job Description
As a Brand Ambassador, your main tasks will include warmly greeting and interacting with customers visiting the boutique, offering individualized styling advice and consultations, supporting boutique performance indicators and helping to meet sales goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for merchandising display in line with company guidelines, ensuring the store remains neat and customer-ready. You will also assist customers with post-sale services such as repairs and complete any additional assignments delegated by supervisors or managers.
Desired Profile
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is highly advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- An approachable, positive, and personable demeanor.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
