Job Objective

The role requires overseeing cash, cheque, and other financial transactions precisely and efficiently as per company guidelines. The supervisor is also responsible for managing a team to meet financial targets and ensuring compliance across branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure cash counters remain operational to meet business demands.
  • Deliver customer service aligned with the company’s ARIE standards.
  • Communicate transaction regulations clearly and professionally to customers.
  • Offer guidance on ARIE products and services when needed.
  • Aim to minimize customer waiting and service times, improving turnaround time.

Qualifications and Experience
