Branch Operations Manager - Rajasthan Region

Position Overview

We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager responsible for effectively managing daily branch activities across Rajasthan. This role involves overseeing banking operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining excellent customer service standards at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operational processes including cash management, clearing and transfers (ECS/RTGS/NEFT), savings and current account handling, fixed deposits, and customer service managed by tellers and customer service officers.
• Address and resolve all customer complaints promptly, ensuring high-quality service is delivered consistently.
• Build and nurture key customer relationships to drive sustained business growth.
• Achieve growth in account balances and meet targets for cross-selling banking products.
• Maintain cash balances in accordance with prescribed Cash Retention Limits.
• Oversee income streams to prevent leakage, manage office accounts meticulously, and ensure strict adherence to anti-money laundering regulations.
• Ensure complete compliance with relevant banking rules, guidelines, and procedures, alongside reviewing vault registers and managing overdue accounts timely.
• Analyze branch operations reports vigilantly and track any irregular or exceptional transactions.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities, responding to audit queries without delay.
• Train customer service officers thoroughly on bank products, policies, and procedures to ensure quality customer interactions.

Eligibility
