Branch Manager - GL South

About the Role

This position is based in Tirupati - Kt Road and is with Bajaj Finance Ltd. The role centers around enhancing employee productivity by innovating features for the sales teams through the company’s productivity application.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the company’s productivity application to boost employee efficiency by creating innovative functionalities tailored for sales teams within Bajaj Finance Ltd.
• Act as the product owner collaborating closely with IT to ensure delivery of a high-quality product aligned with diverse business vertical requirements.
• Engage with various stakeholders including business and technical teams to gather and analyze business needs and technical constraints.
• Convert product strategies into comprehensive requirements and compose or review user stories.
• Work collaboratively with IT teams to guarantee timely rollout of new features within the application.
• Coordinate across different departments within Bajaj Finance Ltd to promote the adoption and utilization of the Salesone app.
• Mentor and direct team members to maintain high-quality output.

Expected Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related fields, or equivalent technical experience; MBA candidates preferred.
• 6 to 8 years of product management experience preferably in technology or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with Finance, FinTech, NBFC/lending industry, and B2C platforms is advantageous.
• Strong presentation abilities and proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of analyzing data to extract insights and demonstrate flexibility as needed.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and self-driven individual.

Additional Skills and Desirable Experience

• Foundational knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Experience in drafting detailed functional requirement documents for IT development teams.
