Overview
We seek a skilled BIM Manager to spearhead digital delivery for major data centre projects at one of Europe's premier engineering and construction firms based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, Ireland. This permanent, office-based role offers a salary range of €80,000 to €95,000 plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute BIM strategies and digital delivery across a variety of projects.
- Lead BIM coordination efforts and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Create and uphold BIM standards, protocols, and best practices to ensure quality.
- Manage multidisciplinary model coordination, including clash detection and model quality assurance.
- Engage and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to guarantee successful project outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable experience as a BIM Manager within construction, MEP, or engineering sectors.
- Proficient in advanced BIM software including Revit and Navisworks, along with BIM management procedures.
- Experienced in leading BIM teams and delivering large-scale construction initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, digital workflows, and model coordination techniques.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
