Role Overview

This position is responsible for creating precise BIM Revit and AutoCAD drawings that align with project specifications and schedules. The role requires updating designs throughout the project duration and collaborating efficiently with project teams and clients to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate BIM Revit and AutoCAD drawings and system designs aligned with project requirements and deadlines.
• Revise and update drawings continuously during project phases to capture design amendments and site-specific demands.
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure correctness and facilitate smooth project progress.
• Participate in site coordination activities such as inspections and design clarifications as necessary.
• Ensure drawing quality, documentation, and compliance meet company and project standards.
• Foster strong client relationships by providing professional and timely design support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development via internal training and self-study to deepen technical expertise in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and related technologies.
• Address design-related inquiries promptly to support project execution and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in BIM drafting, MEP drafting, or system design; familiarity with security, ELV, ICT, or building services is advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD software is essential.
• Strong comprehension of technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentation standards.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills conducive to teamwork.
• Self-driven, proactive attitude with commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Availability to travel to project locations when required.
