About the Role and Company

As part of UPS and its subsidiary Marken, which specializes in healthcare logistics, you will contribute to efficient billing operations supporting clinical and healthcare supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly evaluations of open jobs to ensure accurate client billing and recommend corrective actions for identified issues.
- Perform quality checks on generated invoices weekly before dispatching to clients.
- Reconcile outstanding jobs on a monthly basis, investigating reasons for any unbilled items.
- Design and implement account management processes for key clients under your supervision.
- Prepare and present monthly reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Alliance Directors and clients as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in billing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Strong data analysis skills, including MIS reporting, data cleaning, and the ability to visualize and present data effectively.
- Understanding of the criticality of accurate billing and high-quality service delivery.
- Customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset capable of proposing alternative data preparation methods.
- Experience engaging with customers and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
Preferred Experience
- Achievement in KPI delivery and finance/billing tasks primarily involving manual processes.
