Role Overview

As a BI Analyst at Vodafone Albania, you will lead the management and governance of business intelligence activities sourced from data warehouses. Your role involves ensuring data-driven insights are effectively produced and securely distributed while adhering to group and local policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced algorithms, prototypes, predictive models, and proofs of concept to support data-driven decision-making.
• Explore new possibilities for acquiring data and applying existing data in innovative ways.
• Create and refine data processing workflows for modeling, mining, and production environments.
• Integrate emerging data management technologies and software engineering tools within existing systems.
• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance data quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with data architects, modelers, and IT teams to implement necessary changes.
• Assist operations teams in diagnosing and resolving issues reported in real-time environments.
• Manage and coordinate the generation of management reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Serve as the primary support contact for other users of the data warehouse.
• Define and enforce policies for access to management information and work alongside corporate security to ensure compliance.
• Oversee demand management processes for reporting and development related to the data warehouse.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient knowledge of database technologies and SQL; experience with Oracle preferred.
• Skilled in designing, creating, and maintaining reports and dashboards using Oracle BI.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and processes.
• Experienced in developing custom software components and analytics applications.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies.
• Holds a relevant degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
