About the Role
Mà Là Kitchen in Bengaluru is searching for a proficient and vibrant Bartender to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of modern bar procedures, in-depth knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and the ability to offer excellent guest service in a lively dining environment.
Key Duties
- Consistently prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area while maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Manage daily bar preparations and inventory accurately.
- Interact courteously and professionally with patrons, suggesting suitable drink options.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and promote responsible alcohol service.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in restaurants, bars, or upscale casual dining settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, mixers, and bartending equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
- Positive demeanor, professional appearance, and strong team orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants with experience specifically in Asian dining venues or dynamic restaurant settings will be favored.
Additional Information
Salary ranges between 22000 and 27000 INR per month.
