Role Description

As a Bakery Manager Trainee, you will manage the daily bakery operations and contribute to building the business. You will create and implement systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs), handle inventory to minimize wastage, support digital marketing and social media efforts, and maintain excellent customer service including managing corporate sales relationships.

Who Can Apply

Candidates with a Graduation, BBA, Hotel Management degree, or MBA, holding from zero up to three years of experience are welcome. Freshers with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply. Applicants should be passionate about food, operations, marketing, and business growth.

Working Conditions and Salary

Location is Beta-1, Greater Noida. Working hours span from 10 AM to 7 PM, six days a week, with one rotating day off per week. The starting salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 per month, with the potential to increase rapidly based on performance.
