About the role
Einstein Bros. Bagels has been serving freshly baked bagels every day since 1995. The brand focuses on creating a welcoming bakery experience, bringing a bit more joy to customers and supporting a healthier work-life balance for team members. Stores close at 2:00 PM, which means no evening or night shifts.
This opening is for a Baker at the Palm Harbor, Florida location. Bakers are among the first team members in the bakery each day, starting as early as 3:00 AM, and help ensure that bagels are ready for customers throughout the day.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and keep the bagel wall and pastry case stocked so product is available for every shift.
- Support guests with order taking, sandwich preparation, and other front-line bakery tasks as needed.
- Help maintain high standards for food and beverage quality.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and organized throughout the workday.
- Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth and positive guest experience.
What we’re looking for
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Availability for changing schedules, including early mornings as early as 3:00 AM and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check where permitted by local, state, and federal law.
- A valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred and required only at certain locations, along with meeting company driving standards where applicable.
