Baker - Full Time Shift (3am)

As a Baker, you will be central to our promise of freshness. Beginning with an empty bakery, your efforts will fill it with handcrafted breads and treats that delight our loyal customers. Previous baking experience is not necessary; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a small baking team each morning to prepare various baked goods by following detailed recipes.
• Help maintain a clean work environment and contribute positively to the overall customer experience.
• Manage production schedules, measure and mix ingredients accurately, shape dough, and operate ovens to ensure high-quality output.

Required Qualifications and Traits

• Be an early riser capable of working independently or with a small team.
• Take pride in providing quality products to the community.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and solid organizational abilities.
• Commit to supporting both team success and personal development.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking continuously throughout the shift.
• Frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 22 kilograms.
• Regularly twisting, reaching, and occasionally pushing, pulling, and bending.
• Must be able to lift at least 2.5 kilograms to a height of 1.7 meters.
• Constant use of both hands with frequent wrist movements and occasional strong gripping.
