Back Office Executive

Role Overview

The Back Office Executive will provide crucial support for online quantitative market research projects by managing various operational tasks and coordinating with different teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting online quantitative market research studies and related project activities.
• Interpret research objectives, survey questionnaires, target demographics, and sampling guidelines accurately.
• Liaise with internal teams, Team Leaders, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project workflow.
• Track fieldwork progress, monitor quota fulfillment, oversee data collection, and adhere to project schedules.
• Conduct rigorous data quality checks including respondent validation, logic evaluation, and issue identification.
• Prepare detailed project reports, summaries, tracking documents, and presentations as required.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all project data and company information.
• Support project setup, testing phases, and ongoing operational support tasks.
• Complete all assigned duties within timeframes and in line with client requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, guidelines, procedures, and management directives.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as needed by the management.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly remuneration between 10000 and 17000 INR.
