- Work with sales and engineering to organize and clean customer data in HubSpot and create the structure needed to run the book of business like a sales pipeline.
- Monitor engagement and account health data to guide outreach and identify customers who may be at risk.
- Share ideas, processes, and playbooks that help turn this into a scalable function.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date in HubSpot.
- Maintain a consistently professional, accountable, and follow-through-driven approach in every customer interaction.

- Ability to work independently and build without a fully defined process or polished CRM setup from day one.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage a large account load on your own.
- Experience with HubSpot is preferred; familiarity with Intercom and Stripe is an added advantage.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with a high level of accountability.
- High integrity, coachability, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
