Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician who has practical expertise in maintaining and repairing German vehicle brands. The role calls for strong fault-finding skills and familiarity with modern automotive diagnostic and testing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled servicing, routine upkeep, diagnostics, and repair work on vehicles.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues using manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Repair or replace engines, transmissions, suspension parts, and other key vehicle assemblies.
- Inspect vehicles, perform testing, and verify performance in line with manufacturer requirements.
- Prepare job cards and service records with accuracy and completeness.
- Rebuild engines and other major components according to manufacturer procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors to maintain workmanship quality and support customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience servicing German automotive brands.
- Second-Level Certified Technician status is preferred.
- A technical diploma or qualification in Automotive Technology from a recognized institute.
- Solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair methods, and testing equipment.
- Ability to understand and work from technical manuals and repair documentation.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Additional Information
This position is based in Doha, Qatar and is a full-time, onsite role.
