About the Role
Brilliant Motor Agency, a TVS franchise located in Mandaveli and Rajakilpakkam, Chennai, is seeking a committed full-time Automotive Service Advisor. This role involves being the key point of contact for customers requiring service for their two-wheelers, ensuring a seamless service experience from initial consultation to post-service follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and understand their vehicle service needs to provide customized advice.
- Discuss and clarify repair requirements, maintenance timelines, and the associated costs clearly to customers.
- Organize and schedule service appointments effectively to maintain smooth workflow and timely vehicle turnaround.
- Monitor the progress of vehicle servicing and repairs to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Carry out initial vehicle inspections and collaborate closely with mechanics for accurate diagnostics.
- Generate detailed documentation including service reports, job cards, and invoices.
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s status, expected completion times, and any further required repairs.
- Encourage purchase of service packages, extended warranties, and additional accessories to enhance customer experience.
- Perform follow-up communications post-service to ensure complete customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 23,000 INR with potential earnings up to 25,000 INR per month.
