Role Overview

This position involves designing, implementing, and managing automated testing procedures to ensure software reliability and performance. The role requires expertise in various testing tools and methodologies to support enterprise-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and sustain automated tests using tools like Tosca, Playwright, JavaScript, and API automation platforms.
• Provide support for automation frameworks, including regression test execution and enablement of automation capabilities.
• Assist in the development, improvement, or integration of AI-assisted tools for testing and productivity enhancement as specified by client requirements.
• Support complex or large-scale enterprise systems with testing activities.
• Effectively utilize a range of automation tools across different projects, adapting to varying tool selections depending on the system or specific needs.
• Develop, maintain, and run automated regression test suites to ensure software quality.
• Evaluate current automation frameworks, tools, test scripts, and automation coverage to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze project requirements to determine the scope and specifics of testing tasks.
• Design test scripts, scenarios, and gather necessary test data in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate the creation and acquisition of test data to support automated testing processes.
• Execute automated test scripts, track defects, document issues, and perform retesting to ensure defects are resolved satisfactorily.
