About The Role

micro1 is looking for a full-time Associate Recruiter to join their extended team remotely. This role suits individuals passionate about talent acquisition who want to help a fast-scaling, innovative organization acquire and onboard exceptional professionals across multiple disciplines. The Associate Recruiter manages end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers, ensuring smooth coordination with all stakeholders. The ideal hire will be proactive, resourceful, and skilled in communication, with the ability to identify talent aligned with the organization's mission and values. This position offers an opportunity to enhance recruitment expertise within a dynamic remote-first startup environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple recruiting platforms and tools.
• Ability to handle multiple open requisitions with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with effective time management for remote work settings.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills to nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Preferred experience includes recruiting for technical or hard-to-fill positions and knowledge of employer branding and digital recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates via innovative and creative recruitment methods.
• Manage the recruitment process from outreach through offer acceptance, including interview coordination and feedback collection.
• Communicate proactively with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to refine hiring approaches.
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide insights on market trends to help improve recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to building a diverse and high-quality workforce supporting company goals.
