Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused Associate Recruiter to join our growing team on a full-time remote basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and extending job offers. Your strong communication abilities and capacity to juggle multiple job requisitions will be key to ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring workflow. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques to build a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including initial outreach, screening, interview arrangement, and offer management.
- Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and maintain a positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates to keep everyone informed and involved.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring strategies and processes continually.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide market insights, candidate feedback, and strategic recommendations to improve recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience handling full-cycle recruitment, ideally in startup or fast-paced company environments.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with experience using various platforms and tools to identify prospective candidates.
- Able to manage multiple recruitment pipelines and job requisitions concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote set-up.
- Skilled at building relationships with stakeholders across different roles and organizational levels.
- Preferred: prior experience in recruiting for technical or challenging roles, knowledge of employer branding, and a passion for enhancing candidate experiences and promoting team collaboration.
