Role Overview
We are looking to hire a seasoned Associate to help grow our diverse platform. The selected professional will be responsible for originating and executing high-caliber mandates, managing relationships with senior clients, and shaping the strategic direction of the firm in the market. This position includes close collaboration with partners, investors, and clients to foster the firm's growth and strengthen its market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the firm’s market strategy aligned with overarching business goals.
- Originate mandates for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Support transaction execution through rigorous financial analysis, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and sustain senior-level relationships with corporate clients, private equity entities, investors, and intermediaries.
- Participate actively in the firm’s growth initiatives and strategic planning.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, or corporate finance.
- Proven skills in origination, underwriting, and strategic transaction execution.
- Advanced technical knowledge including financial analysis, valuation techniques, structuring transactions, and negotiation tactics.
- Superior communication abilities and capacity to build strong relationships.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and strategic perspective, adept at balancing visionary goals with focused execution.
