Associate Fuel Analytics & Overflight

Job Overview

The Associate will join the Overflight Department within the Flight Operations Division, supporting vital operational activities.

Key Duties

• Ensure accurate verification and confirmation of overflight and air navigation charge invoices before approval and prompt payment to relevant authorities.
• Handle large volumes of invoices efficiently, especially during peak periods, ensuring payments are made on time.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to quickly resolve any discrepancies related to payments.
• Keep precise and well-organized records and documentation necessary for the timely processing of invoices, reconciliation, and meeting audit standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold at least a Diploma qualification; 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Fresh diploma graduates with an understanding of aviation may also be considered.
• Demonstrate teamwork abilities coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
