Luxoro Formello is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support its premium footwear store in South Extension Part II, New Delhi. The role involves helping run the outlet smoothly, delivering a high-end customer experience, and contributing to sales performance.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary of ₹28,000 to ₹30,000, along with incentive pay.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day store operations and help keep the outlet running efficiently.
• Deliver strong customer service and contribute to revenue growth.
• Work toward both personal and store sales goals.
• Assist shoppers in choosing premium footwear and related accessories.
• Oversee store staff and help maintain discipline on the floor.
• Keep the store visually appealing through effective merchandising and presentation.
• Manage billing activities, POS usage, and cash handling.
• Track inventory, coordinate replenishment, and support stock audits.
• Address customer questions and complaints in a professional manner.
• Compile daily sales and store operations reports.

What we are looking for

• A graduate with at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or store management.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Prior exposure to footwear, apparel, fashion, or luxury retail is preferred.
• Good leadership, selling, and customer service abilities.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic computer tools.
• A polished appearance, positive mindset, and readiness to work on weekends and holidays.
