Our Rebel store in Orange, NSW, launched in December 2025, maintaining an energetic and fresh atmosphere. We are seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager (ASM) who excels in communication and embodies a customer-centric approach to energize the team and lead by example. This opportunity is ideal for experienced ASMs or dynamic leaders eager to advance and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to maximize store sales performance and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Create and maintain a motivating and engaging work environment that promotes high team morale.
- Lead and mentor team members confidently, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and support.
- Drive sales on the floor through training and active participation.
- Manage visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety standards, and store security diligently.
Candidate Profile
- Brings high energy and a positive attitude, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Experienced in retail sales techniques, training, visual merchandising, and stock management.
- Knowledgeable in workplace health and safety, and security measures.
