We are seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager (ASM) who excels in communication and embodies a customer-centric approach to energize the team and lead by example. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to maximize store sales performance and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Create and maintain a motivating and engaging work environment that promotes high team morale.
• Lead and mentor team members confidently, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and support.
• Drive sales on the floor through training and active participation.
• Manage visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety standards, and store security diligently.

Candidate Profile

• Brings high energy and a positive attitude, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Experienced in retail sales techniques, training, visual merchandising, and stock management.
• Knowledgeable in workplace health and safety, and security measures.
