Role overview
IntouchCX is hiring an Assistant QA Manager in Hyderabad to oversee quality operations and support consistent service delivery.
What you will do
- Guide a group of quality analysts to help maintain strong project output and service standards.
- Perform routine audits and reviews to spot gaps and opportunities in existing workflows.
- Build and roll out QA plans, procedures, and policy guidelines that align with required industry benchmarks.
- Work with teams across functions to address product quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory concerns.
What the role requires
- 3 to 8 years of experience in an international BPO or call center setup.
- Solid understanding of 7QC (Seven Quality Criteria) concepts and how they are applied.
- Hands-on experience leading or managing a team in an international voice process.
Eligibility
Applicants do not need a graduation degree to be considered.
