About the Role

This position is for an Associate Project Manager who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems. You will support experienced Project Managers while developing the technical, organizational, and leadership abilities needed to lead projects independently in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with projects from early planning through final closeout.
  • Help organize meetings, schedules, budgets, and project records.
  • Monitor action items, purchasing, invoices, and delivery milestones.
  • Join site visits, project meetings, and client discussions as needed.
  • Create reports, meeting summaries, and project documentation.
  • Spot potential risks and help keep workstreams structured and progressing.
