Role Summary
The Assistant Marketing Manager will aid the Senior Marketing Manager in devising and implementing strategies across various brands and product lines. This vital position drives marketing activities including events, trade exhibitions, campaigns, and partnership projects while leading junior marketing team members.
Key Duties
- Assist in planning and implementing integrated marketing approaches for multiple brands and product categories.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of overseas trade exhibitions along with local events, roadshows, and brand activations involving coordination, logistics, budgeting, onsite supervision, and follow-up tasks.
- Help develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Lead and conduct informative factory tours showcasing the company’s capabilities and offerings professionally.
- Manage Corporate Social Responsibility activities in line with organizational goals.
- Support management of external partnerships and collaborations.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and management teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing projects.
- Maintain brand uniformity across all marketing collateral.
- Help drive team productivity and streamline workflow.
- Provide training, mentorship, and oversight to marketing executives during daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
- Preferably holds a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years marketing experience.
- Experience within FMCG or consumer goods sectors is advantageous.
- Background in Events Management is beneficial.
