Role Overview
We seek a proactive and skilled Assistant Marketing Communications Manager to support the execution of strategic public relations and marketing campaigns. This role demands a candidate with a solid foundation in public relations, exceptional communication capabilities, and an in-depth knowledge of the media environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public relations strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Proactively pitch story ideas, features, and events to secure media placements.
- Manage crisis communication and effectively handle sensitive issues.
- Establish and nurture relationships with media professionals to enhance media presence.
- Adapt communication approaches strategically in response to evolving situations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in public relations, communications, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in public relations, preferably within hospitality or related domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically and flexibly in dynamic contexts.
