Role Summary
The Assistant Manager - HR will be pivotal in enhancing organizational strength by leading Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Talent Management, and HR MIS functions. This role requires strategizing and executing training programs, engagement campaigns, development frameworks, succession planning, and maintaining accurate HR reports to support workforce productivity, retention, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and design annual training programs covering safety, behavioural, functional, and SOP-based learning.
- Ensure full compliance in mandatory and statutory training and drive digital learning platform engagement for skill enhancement.
- Organize and implement yearly employee engagement activities including cultural, sports, and wellness initiatives to boost the Engagement Index and participation rates.
- Lead corporate and unit-level OD/OE projects such as Group Purpose alignment, POSH compliance, scholarship programs, VIBES and Pulse Surveys with comprehensive monitoring and action closure.
- Maintain detailed HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics covering all key HR metrics with 100% data accuracy and audit readiness.
- Manage the end-to-end Talent Management lifecycle including assessments, succession planning, talent mobility programs, and retention initiatives like Talent Retention Grants and deferred compensation.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should possess 4-8 years of relevant HR experience with an MBA in HR or a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management. Female candidates are preferred.
