Job Responsibilities

  • Promote 5S and Kaizen continuous improvement practices on the shop floor.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks in production.
  • Ensure zero accidents by enforcing proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain accurate hourly production records in SAP.
  • Plan and schedule die changeovers adhering to SMED principles and ensure die maintenance.
