About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager in conducting business activities according to the Applegreen Systems Manual guidelines.
- Ensure superb customer service standards are consistently met.
- Help drive sales efforts and meet performance targets.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Take charge of site operations during the absence of the Site Director or Site Manager.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role.
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude with excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with customers.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to create a supportive workplace atmosphere.
- Adapt well to a fast-moving work environment and remain open to learning new skills.
