Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily HR functions encompassing recruitment, training, compensation, benefits administration, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management while adhering strictly to corporate policies and federal/local laws.
- Champion employee engagement by spearheading initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and other activities designed to cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Administer HR data systems ensuring accuracy in team member records, manage employment transitions efficiently, prepare necessary reports, and handle unemployment claims processing with diligence.
- Lead the HR team by recruiting, training, coaching, supervising, and mentoring members; conduct regular performance assessments, provide growth opportunities, and recognize achievements to foster a motivated and high-achieving team.
