Role Overview
The Assistant Executive in Marketing will support the Regional Imaging Solution Business team in shaping and delivering marketing initiatives across multiple markets. This position partners with country and regional teams to run campaigns, coordinate activities across functions, and help tailor content so the brand and product messaging stays relevant in each market.
What You Will Do
- Help plan and roll out integrated regional marketing campaigns spanning several countries and markets.
- Support the coordination of regional events, product launches, promotional efforts, and training sessions for new products.
- Draft marketing reports, leadership presentations, and updates on campaign performance for regional stakeholders.
- Carry out market research and competitor reviews at regional and country level to surface trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Keep regional marketing databases, assets, and records organized, accurate, compliant, and easy to access.
- Assist in creating and adapting marketing materials, including social media content and promotional assets, to fit local market needs.
- Support the day-to-day management of regional digital channels and social media pages, including scheduling posts and tracking engagement.
- Work with internal teams such as regional sales, product, and country marketing to ensure smooth alignment and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and regional partners whenever support is needed for campaign execution.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in regional product marketing, digital marketing, branding, or similar work, ideally in a multi-market or regional setup.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to collaborate across regional and cross-cultural teams.
- Well-developed organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet demanding regional deadlines.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with content development, localization, and social media management.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience using design or video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro would be an advantage.
