Company Overview

Feeding Tampa Bay is a leading hunger relief organization serving ten counties in West Central Florida. Last year, they distributed 85 million meals through their direct services and a network of more than 400 food pantry partners. Understanding that food alone cannot solve hunger, the organization focuses on building pathways to opportunities for nearly one million individuals, working to overcome barriers to long-term stability. As part of the Feeding America Network, Feeding Tampa Bay aims to transform the community with a united mission.

  • Prior leadership experience managing teams, coaching, and supporting staff development is required.
  • Experience with hiring and onboarding team members is preferred.
  • Background in mission-driven or nonprofit organizations is advantageous but not mandatory; corporate experience in brand and product marketing is also valued.
  • Commitment to embody equity and respect as part of the organizational mission.
  • Internal candidates must be in good standing with no recent corrective actions.
